Delivery

Rock Machinery builds and quality checks a large majority of the machines offered. Our expert engineers ensure your machine is ready for you to use as soon as it is delivered. We aim to build, test and dispatch all machine orders within 3 working days. Although this may vary depending on current volumes of orders.  

Most machines are delivered on pallets and are shipped by a specialist haulage company. The delivery company will unload your machine from their vehicle but will not be involved in handling the machine or removing it from the pallet.

Before your machine is dispatched, you will receive a call from a member of staff at Rock Machinery informing you of when your order is leaving us and what date delivery will take place, it will be an all day delivery so please ensure that someone is at the property on the date you select to sign for the delivery.

As standard, the delivery vehicle will be a large 17.5 ton lorry. However, a smaller 7.5 ton vehicle can be arranged by exception if access is difficult. Please consult the diagram below and contact us as soon as your order is placed if you envisage any access or unloading restrictions.

Delivery Rates:

Rock Machinery offers an all-inclusive package which includes build up (where necessary) and delivery.  Delivery to mainland UK is included.  However delivery to areas such as the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White and Northern Ireland will incur additional charges.

Items such as Sprayers, ATV Baskets, smaller Security Boxes and spares will be delivered via courier. Delivery charges may vary.

Please check with us before ordering if you live outside of mainland UK and a special delivery quote will be prepared before the order is processed.
